What OLONERA is

OLONERA provides education, wellness support and coordination. It does not prescribe, diagnose or provide medical care. Decisions about hormone therapy are made by a licensed clinician. Our specialists are independent coaches and practitioners, not your doctor.

Not for emergencies

The site and community are not for urgent medical needs. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911.

Memberships and payments

Paid memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. After you cancel, paid benefits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for. Medications and lab tests are not included in a membership price.

Please keep your account details secure and give accurate information. Content on this site is for education and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Who can use OLONERA

You must be 18 or older and located in California to create an account.

Emails from us

By creating an account you agree to receive emails from OLONERA, including health education, tips and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We will still send account and service emails, such as password resets and receipts.

• Account details, such as your email address and, later, your name
• Order and payment details. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your full card number
• Your answers to assessments and questionnaires, which you choose to provide

Privacy: health information

OLONERA offers education and coordination. It is not a medical provider. When you create an account we ask only for your email address and a password. Answers you give later in assessments are used to personalise your experience and are not used for advertising. Before the longer health assessment we will ask you to read and acknowledge our HIPAA Notice.

We share information only with the services needed to run OLONERA, such as payment processing, and with a specialist or clinician when you ask us to connect you.
