Our promise

Midlife is a chapter, not a problem to fix

We reject both clinical indifference and anti-ageing hype. OLONERA is built around respect for your intelligence, your history and your choices.

No anti-ageing language

Getting older is not a flaw. We will never sell shame.

No diagnosis from a quiz

Information suggests topics to explore. A clinician makes any diagnosis.

Clear about who does what

OLONERA educates and coordinates. Independent licensed clinicians provide care.

Questions

Good things to ask before you begin

Is OLONERA a medical provider?

No. OLONERA provides education, wellbeing support and care coordination. Independent licensed clinicians, working through our clinical partner, make all diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Do I have to pay to use the library?

No. The health library is free to read and you do not need an account.

Where is OLONERA available?

We are beginning in California. Services such as clinician consultations are only offered where a partner confirms they can lawfully serve you.

How is my information handled?

We keep health information away from marketing tools and advertising. You will see a plain-language explanation before anything is collected. Our policies are being finalised and will be published before launch.

Can I cancel a paid plan?

You will see renewal and cancellation terms in full before you pay, and you will be able to manage your plan from your account.

A story, not a promise

From “what is happening to me?” to every day

Maya is an illustrative character, not a real member, and her story is not a testimonial or a promise of results. Every woman’s midlife is different. This is simply what finding support can feel like.

1

Flat

Maya is 46. She is tired in a way sleep does not fix. She snaps at people she loves, forgets words mid-sentence and wonders where the capable woman she used to be has gone. She feels invisible, and a little ashamed of feeling it.

2

A first question

One evening she stops searching for answers about what is wrong with her and asks a better question: what is happening to me, and who can I ask? She takes a free assessment. It does not diagnose her. It simply gives her words for what she has been feeling.

3

Not alone

She joins the community and reads other women describing the same nights, the same fog. Nobody has it figured out. She posts for the first time, and is answered within the hour.

4

Small steps

Over weeks she tries small things: a walking routine, a strength class, a conversation with her own doctor armed with better questions. Some things help and some do not. She keeps what works.

5

Every day

Maya does not become someone new. She becomes more herself, steadier and louder in the way she wants to be. Some mornings she is still tired. But she walks into most days like she owns them.
